No! Just come and enjoy!

CAN I bring a dish to share?

We appreciate the thought, but please do not bring a dish. There will be PLENTY to go around!

Who is this event for?

All ladies middle school age and older.

Can I bring:

-an infant? Yes.

-a teenager? Yes - middle school and high school students can attend for $5!

-a friend or family member who doesn’t attend CCOB? Yes.

-a dog? We love our pets but since not everyone is comfortable around them (and some are allergic), please leave your pets at home.

Will I be notified if the BBQ is postponed to the rain date? How will communications be handled?

If the BBQ is postponed, or to communicate any other important information, the “primary contact” as listed on your registration will receive an email from the Women’s Ministry.

I can’t make it on the planned date but can on the rain date. Can I register later if it is postponed?

Yes.

Can I sign up on the date of the event?

Yes, you may register (and pay by cash, check, or credit card) at the event when you arrive, but if at all possible, please register early. It helps with our planning and to ensure there’s plenty of food! (Note: the registration increases the day of the event to $20/adults and $10/middle school and high school students.)
